How much will a dispute cost?
When a dispute occurs, the payment amount and a separate dispute processing fee of HK$120 (US$15 for USD payments) will be deducted from your account balance.
How much does 3D Secure authentication cost?
A 3D Secure authentication fee is already included in our payment processing fee.
What is the reserve percentage?
10% of the payment amount will be held in reserve to ensure that funds are on hand in the event of refunds or disputes. Reserve funds will be released in 120 days.
